INTRODUCTING ME!

Hey guys, welcome to my page!! My name is Fabiana, this page is going to follow me on my journey to get back to my better self. In the next few weeks, you will follow me through my fitness journey. Through this journey, you will see me becoming a better self of me, and also healthier.

What is fitness? fitness is being physically heathy, and in good shape. Physical activity is extremely important because it will improve your health, and reduce your chances of developing several diseases, such as cancer, type 2 diabetes, and cardiovascular disease. Because of this it can cause long-term health benefits, and improve your quality of life.

How do you motivate yourself to be in better shape? Here are some ways that have helped me, and others motivated to go to the gym: 1. Wash you hair only on days you’re going to work out. 2. Put on your workout clothes. 3. Create a journal, and write down how you feel after a workout. 4. Remember why you started. 5. Ask yourself “would yiu regeret if you skip your work out”. 6. Sign up for classes, with other people 7. Surround yourself with motivation. 8. Give yourself long-term challenges. 9. Workout with people that will cheer you on. 10. Make whatever you do your favorite excerise. I hope you guys, that these motivations, and do whats best for you.
